He has published articles for national grief periodicals, and has his own Radio Show “Grief Chat”. He is an accomplished artist and creator of the innovative “20 Faces of Grief” and “the S.T.A.I.R.S.” Model of grief processing through Proactive Grieving, and many more.
Mitch will be presenting two of his most attended workshops:
“Proactive Grieving, Turning Loss into Legacy” Proactive grieving means embracing your grief, not fighting it, medicating it (long term), or ignoring it. It means living with the loss and choosing to be transformed by it. It means finding your road to be able to reinvest in life, exploring ways to grieve out of the box and to address each unique aspect of your loss.
“Whispers of Love, signs from our loved ones” No matter how, when or where our loved one died, there is compelling evidence to support the belief that we can still feel their presence through signs. We will explore this phenomenon in detail and provide a slide show of extraordinary anecdotal evidence from all over the world that validates the experience for the griever.
